My composition is a garden sculpture of 'new hope' which symbolises growth and strength. The idea behind my design is that the 3 blades represent strength, growth and hope reaching towards the sky. The natural wood contrasts the old with the new in the perspex lit areas. This symbolises the re-creation of life and birth of a new start for an area so badly affected over the past years. The sculpture sits elegantly yet firm in its ground, giving a feeling of respect and peace to those in its presence.
